Parma City Schools Roll Out New Mental Health Initiative Following Recent Loss
•
Parma City School District officials announced Tuesday an expanded partnership with local counselors and the Uvalde Foundation to provide on-site mental health support at all secondary schools through the end of the school year. The program includes anonymous tip lines and training for staff on recognizing signs of distress. “We refuse to let one tragedy define us — we’re building systems to prevent the next,” a district spokesperson said.
