We accept returns submitted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in new, unused condition.
Yes. We accept exchanges for eligible items, provided the merchandise is returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are handled by mail. To begin a return or exchange, please email clevelandleader@gmail.com with your order number, the item name, and the reason for your request. A free return label is included in the package for eligible returns.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is returned in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only. Items returned used, worn, washed, or otherwise not in new condition are not eligible under this policy and may be refused or denied a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with original packaging when applicable. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the matter and assist with an appropriate return, exchange, or refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by applicable law.
