Cleveland Metropolitan School District is expanding its summer learning program this year, offering more seats and a broader range of academic and enrichment activities than ever before. Officials say the initiative is a direct response to community demand and data showing strong outcomes for participating students.
The program will run at multiple sites across the city, offering everything from literacy and math support to arts, athletics, and career exploration. Transportation and meals will be provided to remove barriers for families.
District leaders credit strong partnerships with local nonprofits and businesses for making the expansion possible. Several Cleveland-area companies have contributed funding and volunteer mentors to the effort.
